How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches out to Shapequickly Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Shapequickly Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by speaking with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Shapequickly Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@shapequickly.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
